BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE

01 Apr
Bootcamp Day-1 9:00AM to 4:00PM
  1. Overview of Extended Reality (XR) technologies including Virtual reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed reality.  
       
  2. Applications of XR in various industries such as education, healthcare, gaming, and entertainment.
  3. Guidance on downloading and setting up Unity for XR development.
02 Apr
Bootcamp Day-2 9:00AM to 4:00PM
  1. Practical sessions on developing VR and AR applications using Unity and other popular development frameworks and tools.
  2. Building basic XR scenes and interactions.
  3. Introduction to scripting and programming languages used in XR development (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
03 Apr
Bootcamp Day-3 9:00AM to 4:00PM
  1. Exploring advanced XR concepts such as spatial computing, gesture recognition, and spatial audio.
  2. Brainstorming and ideation sessions for hackathon projects, Preparing students for Hackathon
  3. Guidance on project planning, team collaboration, and presentation skills for the hackathon.

HACKATHON SCHEDULE

Hackathon day 9:00AM to 4:00PM
  1. 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM : Registration and Team Formation
  2. 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM : Opening Ceremony and Event Briefing
  3. 10:30 AM - 01:00 PM : Project Development Phase 1
  4. 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM : Lunch Break and Relaxation Activity
  5. 02:00 PM - 05:30 PM : Project Development Phase 2
  6. 05:30 PM - 06:30 PM : Project Submission Deadline and Judging

Guidelines

  • Participants must wear their ID cards at all times.
  • Each team needs at least three laptops.
  • Every team member must be present throughout the event.
  • Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Strictly no copying from other teams.
  • Attend all bootcamp sessions on time.
  • Avoid damaging college property.
  • Obtain permission for using non-provided devices.
  • Approach event volunteers for assistance.
  • Show payment screenshot upon arrival. Each member must confirm individually.
  • Teams limited to five members.
  • Only Ethernet will be provided for online access.
  • Commit to following all guidelines diligently to avoid disqualification.
  • The registration fee is 400 Rupees Only/-
